Convinced Plaintiffs to dismiss class action claims against a company for unpaid vacation pay as a result of the claims being preempted by ERISA.

Settled for only a few cents per shift.  Class action lawsuit against a security guard company for meal and rest periods.

Won NLRB claim of section 8(a)(3) retaliatory discharge of alleged union organizer.

Jury trial resulted in a defense verdict. Architectural firm sued for wrongful termination in violation of public policy, sexual orientation discrimination, breach of contract and defamation.

Lower verdict and no attorneys’ fees awarded.  Jury trial resulted in lower verdict than employer originally offered in settlement of alleged ADA whistle blowing claim.

Settled for nuisance value and no reinstatement.  Whistle blowing claim against private trade school for alleged violation of Higher Education Act regulations regarding student loans. 

Successfully resolved a sexual harassment and retaliation case for a high-end construction materials company struggling in the current economy.  Negotiated terms that provide the company time to get back on its feet by postponing settlement payments for one year.

Successfully recovered thousands of dollars from former employees who failed to repay personal loans provided by their employer.
